About the Opportunity:   

Knosfer has partnered with a client who is a leading IT support provider for a large US-based medical organization. We are seeking freshers or individuals with non-IT experience who are eager to break into the IT industry. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in rotational shifts are welcome. Successful candidates will be trained in various technologies and will provide 24x7 support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide first-level IT support to our medical client, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
2. Work in rotational shifts to ensure continuous support coverage for our client.
3. Collaborate with a team of IT support specialists to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
4. Actively participate in training sessions and learn Windows administration, Linux administration, ITIL, security, networking, and SolarWinds.
5. Document and maintain accurate records of all support interactions.
6. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Requirements:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Must be a fresher or an individual with non-IT experience who is looking to break into the IT industry.
3. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
5. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Experience or background in Windows administration, Linux administration, ITIL, security, networking, or SolarWinds is a plus.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary ranging from 1.8 to 2.5 LPA for deserving candidates.

Working Hours:

• Each staff member will work for 40 hours a week (9 hours a day, which includes food and other breaks).

Bond and Placement:

• Successful candidates will be placed at the client location.
• There will be a bond period of 1 year.
• Option to convert to client payroll after the successful completion of 1 year.
